Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders that are shipped to home can be canceled within 2 hours of order placement. Please call our office ASAP for us to cancel your order. If you attempt to cancel after hours, please email us for the quickest response.

Order Returns

You may return Non-pharmaceutical products up to 14 days upon receipt. The customer is reponsible for any shipping fees associated with sending the products back. The returned items must be in good condition and any returns are subject to the company's approval before a refund is issued. Lid wipes, supplements, eye drops, and eye masks are not returnable. 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be automatically issued to the credit card used during the original transaction.
